If you need to return an item after receiving it, please submit a return request within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

- Refund Processing
After receiving the returned item and confirming that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund within 5-7 days. Refunds will be processed within one business day.
Refunds will be returned to the account you used to make the payment.
If some items do not meet the return conditions, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless there is a quality problem with the product or the wrong item was sent.
